Outlook (desktop, online, and mobile) allows for the easy reporting of suspicious emails. This message reporting feature is the best way to report spam or phishing attempts from bad actors, as this reporting method gives the WAMS Stories IT team better information to monitor and take automated actions. A submitted report will automatically flag the email and send notification to both WAMS Stories IT Services and Microsoft for security analysis. The WAMS Stories IT team can also answer any additional questions submitted via a tech ticket or email to your technology specialist.

Our email system uses a system that makes sent emails more secure and stops spam and phishing emails before they get to your inbox by putting them into a quarantine. If an email is stopped by the quarantine, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been stopped. If it is a false positive, you can submit a tech ticket and it will be released to your inbox as soon as possible.By submitting emails using the method below, you will make the system more accurate and less susceptible to false positives.
